Words from the bonus terms

• Wagering requirement: the total betting volume needed to release a bonus, set at 35x over 30 days
• Bonus balance: money from a bonus kept separate from real money until wagering is complete
• Stake limit: the largest single bet permitted with an active bonus
• Loss refund: a share of net losses credited back, 10% weekly
• Contribution rate: the share of a bet counted toward wagering; slots usually count in full, tables much less
• Free spins: rounds on a selected slot paid by the casino; their winnings carry a rollover

Other terms on the reels

Hit rate: the share of spins that return something, big or small. A wild substitutes for other symbols to complete a winning line. A scatter usually pays anywhere on the reels and often triggers free spins or a bonus game. Demo mode lets you play with virtual credits to learn a game for free.

Cashier and account words

These words appear whenever you deposit or withdraw. They mainly describe processing, verification and limits.

Verification: the process of confirming who you are with official documents. Payout window: 12 hours to 3 business days from request to payment. A pending withdrawal has been submitted but not yet approved.

Confirmations: blocks that validate a transfer before crediting. Blockchain network: the route a coin travels, and choosing the wrong one can lose the funds. Gas fee: the cost of a crypto transfer, paid to the network, not the casino.

Transaction hash (TXID): the reference used to trace a payment on the blockchain. Stablecoin: a cryptocurrency designed to keep a stable value. Deposit address: where your coins go, which must be copied exactly.

Security and access terms

Two-factor authentication: a code or app confirmation in addition to your password. Official address: the domain listed by the operator, the only one to trust. A phishing attack imitates the casino to steal your password.
